As a Clinical Supervisor at Bridge to Brilliance Therapy, you will provide leadership and oversight to a team of behavior therapists, ensuring the highest quality of care for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Your role is crucial in guiding therapists, ensuring effective treatment implementation, and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor behavior therapists (Levels 1 & 2), providing guidance and feedback on treatment delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA-based treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Review and analyze client progress data, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Lead training sessions for new therapists and ensure ongoing professional development of the team.
- Provide direct client care in more complex cases or as needed to model effective interventions.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, clinical standards, and organizational protocols.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within an ABA or clinical setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing treatment plans and supervising therapists.
