Behavior Therapists (Level 1 & Level 2)

Job Overview (Level One):

Bridge to Brilliance Therapy is seeking a qualified Level 1 EIDBI Provider to join our dedicated
team. In this role, you will provide direct therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD) or related conditions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care,
documenting progress, and supporting the development and implementation of individualized
treatment plans (ITPs), with the possibility of contributing to ITP development under the
supervision of a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP). Additionally, you may offer guidance
and support to other therapists, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:
● Behavior Intervention: Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a
qualified supervisor, providing direct support to clients as needed.
● Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and
progress. All documentation must be completed daily and maintained according to
compliance standards.
● Client Support: Provide one-on-one therapy and support to individuals, focusing on
their specific needs and goals.
● ITP Assistance: Potentially assist in the development and modification of individualized
treatment plans (ITPs), based on client needs and progress, as directed by a supervising
professional.
● Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including Board
Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other support staff, to enhance the overall care
and support provided to clients.
● Training and Compliance: Participate in required training and maintain compliance with
all DHS regulations and standards for EIDBI providers.
● Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on client progress, making observations and
recommendations as necessary to ensure effective treatment.
● Biweekly Meetings: Attend biweekly meetings with all employees, including Board
Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Qualified Supervising Professionals (QSPs), to
review client progress, discuss treatment plans, and address any concerns or updates in
client care.

Qualifications:
● Education: Advanced certifications or higher degrees are preferred like a masters in the
field. A bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field is
required.
● Clinical Experience: Must have completed at least 1,000 hours of clinical experience or
relevant graduate-level coursework in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related conditions.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
● Hands-on experience working with individuals with ASD or a related condition.
● Strong documentation and data collection skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and provide supervision to junior
providers.
● Knowledge of ASD treatment strategies and best practices.
● Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques, strong organizational skills, and familiarity
with HIPAA regulations. Ability to work effectively with children, especially those with
ASD, and strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, caregivers, and team
members.
