Behavior Therapists (Level 2)

Job Overview (Level Two):

Bridge to Brilliance Therapy is seeking a skilled Level II EIDBI Provider to join our dedicated
team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals with Autism
Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related conditions. Your responsibilities may include, but are not
limited to, implementing behavior intervention plans, documenting progress, and collaborating
with the team to ensure effective treatment. Your role will involve working directly with clients to
address their specific needs, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to support their
development and progress. You will also participate in regular team meetings to seek guidance,
address questions, and contribute to optimizing client outcomes. Additionally, if you are more
experienced, you may provide supervision and support to less experienced providers,
maintaining high standards of care throughout, and ensuring adherence to best practices and
compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
● Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and
progress, in accordance with compliance standards.
● Client Support: Provide one-on-one therapy and support, addressing the specific needs
and goals of each individual.
● Supervision and Support: Offer supervision and guidance when needed to less
experienced providers, ensuring all interventions are performed with expertise and
consistency.
● Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Board
Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other support staff, to enhance client care and
outcomes.
● Training and Compliance: Participate in required training sessions and adhere to all
DHS regulations and standards for EIDBI providers.
● Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on client progress, including making
observations and recommendations to optimize treatment effectiveness.
● Meetings: Attend regular team meetings with all employees, including BCBAs and
QSPs, to review client progress, discuss treatment strategies, and address any
concerns.

Qualifications:
● Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques, strong
organizational skills, and familiarity with HIPAA regulations. Effective communication
skills are essential for working with clients, caregivers, and team members.
● HIPAA and Compliance: Must be very familiar with HIPAA regulations and other
relevant compliance standards to ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive
information.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
● Hands-on experience working with individuals with ASD or related conditions.
● Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and provide effective supervision
to junior providers.
● Knowledge of ASD treatment strategies and best practices.
● Ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the diverse and evolving needs of
clients, demonstrating flexibility and innovation in treatment approaches.
